How You Can Get More From Your NYC Trip
If you are planning a trip to New York City, in all possibility you will be messed up thinking how you should plan out your itinerary. Well, there are so many tourist options in New York City, and so many ways to go about it, that I would not be wonderful if a new visitor here is so befuddled that he/she returns without getting to visit the prime places. The sightseeing prices are high, there are large crowds everywhere, the touring hours are short and rigidly implemented, in short there's everything that could come in the way of a tourist not being able to make the most of a trip to the NYC.
You can really tour in many ways when you are in the city. There are a huge number of tour operators that will take you too many spots of the city. Their itineraries are not fixed, and so are the prices and the lengths of time that they will be spending on each location. That means, you can never be sure what you are getting. You also have many cruises on the Hudson River which are operating highly during the peak tourist season. Again, the cruises are not that worth the money because you can only 'see' the major spots from afar, you cannot 'feel' most of them. It is a really confusing predicament to select the best form of touring the New York City.
But there is an option. A good option, actually. The New York tourists are a ticket to go to all the major touristy locations within the city within a fixed period of time. You get the pass, you reach the city and then you activate it. You have the option to activate it for 1, 2, 3, 7 or as many days as they have on their scheme at that time. Then your pass begins acting like a credit card. The New York travel is valid at roughly forty destinations within the city, which includes the Statue of Liberty, Madame Tussauds, Museum of Modern Art, NBC Studio Tour, Bodies. The Exhibition and much more. The pass is also valid for the New York Skryide and a Circle Line River Cruise along the River Hudson.
But why is it better? It is not only because of the attractions you can see. With the pass, you are a privileged tourist in all these destinations. You are taken forward in queues, and are treated specially. You get prime seats in the Skyride and the cruises. You get reservations in hotels. And you get discounted prices because you have purchased a package tour.
If you think about it, the New York travel is a cheap way of seeing the city. With the money you save, you can travel more. Most importantly, you can save time wherever you go in New York and that definitely adds more value to your travel.
Sean has visited the New York City about a dozen times, most of them with the New York City Pass in his hands. So how did he feel about the privileged adventure? Click this link to find out:http://www.new-york-pass.org
I'm going to NYC soon for a few days, but I am scared of hotel bed bugs!!?
I need to go to park avenue for a few days as an NYC trip, but the one thing that I'm scared of is hotel bed bugs, and I know that NYC has the worst cases of them. Are there any clean, bed bug-free hotels nearby NYC?

Best time to go to the roof of the Empire State Building?
I'm planning out a NYC Trip for Early December and I really want to go to the Empire State Building!
What time do you suggest going at? I've never been to New York and I just really want to make everything perfect! I was thinking seeing it at night, but if a ton of yall say morning is better, or sunset, I might switch!
Also, is it true that sunset is at 4:30? I saw that on weather.com but I find it hard to believe...it doesn't set until 6 here....
