What route does the Greyhound bus take from New York to Boston?
I'm from the UK and am spending a week in New York next month. As my friend and I have done the NYC tourist thing before, we're planning to catch the infamous Greyhound bus to Boston and spend 24 hours there. Just wondering what the route's like - is it just boring roads (in which case I'll sleep through it!) or is there anything interesting to look out for, to make the four hour trip pass more quickly? Does it go along the coast or inland? Does it pass through any well-known towns? The map on the Greyhound website doesn't make it clear...
